Completion of 4th Floor Slab –   6%

Completion of 6th Floor slab –  6%

Completion of 8th Floor Slab –  6%

completion of 10th Floor Slab – 6%

Completion of 12th Floor Slab –  6%

Completion of 14th Floor Slab –  6%

Completion of 16th Floor Slab –  6%

Completion of Top floor roof slab –  6%

Block work/ masanery of respective unit –  6%

Flooring of the respective unit –  3%

Handing over –  1%
